Kiah McAndrew-Davis joins SMC Partners as a Consultant after working in the public and private sector of healthcare. Most recently, she was Program Director for a Centers for Disease Control initiative in Western MA, where she facilitated e-referral build between clinical and community sites, allowing providers to directly refer patients to additional community resources and increasing engagement of non-physician team members (nurses, pharmacists, community health workers) in the chronic disease management referral process. Prior to the CDC, Kiah was the Program Design Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she partnered with information technology, client services, operations, and marketing to assess and prioritize product needs in the market, and managed the product lifecycle for all Prevention and Wellness products available to over 1.5 million members. Kiah started her career at BCBSMA as a Wellness Consultant, where she planned, implemented, and evaluated population health programs for over 100 accounts.
Kiah holds an MS from Springfield College and a BA from Wesleyan University, and has been transplanted in New England from North Carolina since ’06. You can find her tinkering around her “new” 1920’s home in Easthampton, MA or on the basketball court with her husband.
