Technical Analyst/Senior Technical Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Designing technology solutions that meet specified technical and business requirements.
  • Programming, testing and debugging IT applications.
  • Designing and developing databases.
  • Designing and developing reporting and business intelligence systems.
  • Researching technical issues and making recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintaining technical proficiency, which may include reviewing professional publications, attending educational workshops, and/or participating in professional societies.
  • Prepares reference documentation for users.
  • Keeps client information confidential.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering with an Electrical, Computer or Mechanical concentration.
  • Senior Technical Analyst: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or Engineering with an Electrical, Computer or Mechanical concentration. 2 – 4 years relevant experience.
  • Requires coding experience, if necessary for assigned job, and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with .NET, SQL Server, HTML, C#, ASP, AJAX, JavaScript, Android, iOS and XML a plus.
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates competency with personal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Efficiently able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.

Some travel may be required.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
